1. Delivery Areas & Limitations
- We deliver within a 6–7 km radius of our operational kitchens.
- Delivery availability may vary based on local regulations and platform coverage.
2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Delivery: 35–45 minutes (based on location and order volume).
- Any delays will be communicated proactively by our support team.
3. Delivery Charges
- Orders above ₹499: Free delivery (within 4 km radius).
- Orders below ₹499: ₹39 – ₹69 delivery fee (based on distance).
4. Order Tracking
- Track your order in real-time via Swiggy, Zomato, or partner platforms.
- Order ID and SMS updates will be shared after confirmation.
5. Handling Delays or Failed Deliveries
- If your order is delayed beyond 70 minutes, you may be eligible for compensation or refund.
- Failed deliveries due to unreachable phone numbers or closed premises will be documented and retried once.
